Make an Impact as an Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors Program Management

Advisors Program Management is an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:
• Developing new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently

As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will be involved in a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change or initiative with significant impact on the organization.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst. You'll will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.

All About You
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to configure the platform and create solutions. Provide detailed business analysis support to build robust solutions with a great user experience.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and business intelligence software. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and knowledge of API orchestration is a plus.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and / or as a scrum master is a plus
• Effectively leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized solutions for client
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to direct workstreams across large multi-faceted project teams
• Strong writer, presenter and speaker, comfortable and ability to influence at all levels in an organization. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to frame the customer's opportunity in financial terms i.e. value quant, estimate effort and scope
• Able to use own initiative, develop solutions or adapt approaches to support the delivery of defined objectives and benefits.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

All About Your Education & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data architecture, database management, and experienced with a wide array of data analytics tools and technologies will be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel
