Title and Summary
Analyst Product Delivery Overview:The Product Delivery Team is looking for a TAM (Technical Account Manager) Enablement Specialist.
This role is crucial in supporting our TAMs and driving their success. You will be the central hub for data management, knowledge sharing, and proactive initiatives within the TAM community. This involves ensuring TAMs have the information and resources they need to excel in their customer interactions and contribute to regional goals. Role:
Data Management and Program Oversight:
Ensure TAMs have access to accurate and up-to-date information to support their customer interactions.
Maintain and standardize essential data, including:
Product mapping and volumes
Card-present and card-not-present approval rates
Project performance metrics (e.g., implementation time, cancellation rates)
Compliance indicators for various programs
Key customer infrastructure and card portfolio details
Academy activation rate, customer usage, and other key indicators
TAM Community Management:
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the TAM community.
Manage the TAM Teams/Confluence site as a central hub for resources, best practices, and announcements.
Organize regular community sessions (webinars, workshops) for TAMs to connect and learn.
Collect and disseminate best practices across the TAM community.
Leverage existing content (case studies, success stories) to enhance TAM effectiveness.
Proactive Initiatives and Readiness:
Implement proactive measures to enhance TAM performance.
Develop and conduct training programs in the Academy on new announcements, products, mandates, and other relevant topics.
Maintain a list of upcoming mandates or regulatory changes impacting customers.
Collaborate with TAMs to align their efforts with regional goals.

Basic programming knowledge for automating tasks (e.g., scripting, macros).
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Power BI and Excel.
Bonus Points:
Experience in a similar enablement or community management role.
Familiarity with technical account management practices.
Knowledge of the payments industry.
