Analyst, Franchise Growth & Enablement Overview

Franchise enables business growth and value-creating interactions through a dynamic platform which provides ongoing trust and confidence in the evolving payments and data driven ecosystem. Franchise is fundamental to all Mastercard business: we enable our business by licensing our customers, registering players in the payments ecosystem, along with creating and enforcing standards that govern participation. We also manage the integrity of our ecosystem by monitoring the activity of our customers through multiple performance programs.

The Franchise Growth & Enablement team is responsible for global onboarding across the organization, strategy initiatives and numerous registration programs for ecosystem participants, the technology that drives these capabilities, and finding new ways to add value through data driven insights. A centralized client relationship management approach is important for our success.

Role

The global Franchise Growth & Enablement team is looking for a driven individual at the Analyst level to manage various programs focused on data gathering and relationship mapping for a wide range of ecosystem participants and accompanying strategic initiatives. To perform this role efficiently, you will:

• Analyze customer data from acquired companies to ensure accurate data migration, and identify potential discrepancies or issues
• Support day-to-day operational activities such as data analysis, process coordination, and issue resolution
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer data, workflows, and procedures
• Facilitate communication between M&A and Operations Teams to ensure alignment
• Assist with strategic initiatives to drive incremental value for Franchise and Mastercard
• Identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer experiences
• Create end-to-end process documentation and training guides for BAU processes
• Assist with creating presentations, tracking, and reporting metrics and trends to management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
