Title and Summary

Analyst, Account Management - SIP - IC Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and driven sales professionals who are fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team and support the expansion of our payment solutions in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving growth in the payments industry.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well-organized, and have a solid understanding of payments. You should be capable of prospecting, developing relationships, and contributing to the growth of the market in Mexico.

Role:

• Engage with prospective clients through in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.
• Present Arcus' platforms to potential clients both remotely and in person.
• Support the development and growth of the market in Mexico.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

All About You:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to effectively present products and maintain client interest.
• Strong initiative, deadline management, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• 1-2 years of experience or knowledge in financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech sales, banking, or other financial institutions is a plus.
