The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Division of Infectious Diseases, Harvard Medical School, is seeking clinical faculty member/s interested in a career as an academic clinician educator with a focus on HIV and syndemic conditions.
The position is for an Attending Infectious Diseases physician who will provide care in the ambulatory clinic and inpatient consultative service. The successful candidate will have clinical training and experience in Infectious Diseases in the acute care hospital and ambulatory care setting. The physician will care for patients with various infectious diseases while focusing on one or more areas of need, including care of people with HIV (including HIV-associated comorbidities and long-acting therapies), sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV and STI prevention among persons with exposures, and infections related to substance use disorder.

Candidates must meet the requirements for appointment at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor of Medicine at the Harvard Medical School with experience, training, and achievements in addition to teaching activities. Suitable candidates will have a Doctor of Medicine degree and be either board-certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases.
