Duties include A/R, A/P, Bank Recs, F/S prep and strong computer skills. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented team players who are willing to go the extra mile. Knowledge of Yardi, Excel, Word a plus.

MOST IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS

1. LEAD AND COACH THE LEASING TEAM TO MEET WEEKLY/ MONTHLY LEASING GOALS, OVERCOME OBJECTIONS, AND MAINTAIN A CLOSING RATION OF 35% OR HIGHER.

2. OVERSEE LEASING STAFF COMPLIANCE, INCLUDING MOVE-IN FILES, CRM DATA ENTRY, AND MSAM COURSE COMPLETION.

3. MANAGE RESIDENT RENEWALS AND FOLLOW-UPS ENSURING TIMELY COMPLETION AND ACCURACY IN RENEWAL TRACKER.

4. CONDUCT WEEKLY LEASING MEETINGS TO REVIEW TRAFFIC, LEASING GOALS, PROMOTIONS, AND PROPERTY PERFORMANCE.

5. MONITOR REPUTATION MANAGEMENT AND COMPETITOR SHOPS, IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE ONLINE RATINGS.

6. ENUSURE VACANT UNITS AND MEET THE GOLD SEAT PROGRAM STANDARDS AND OVERSEE MOVE-IN PROCESSES.

7. ASSIST ACCOUNTING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITH ELISE AI DELIQUENCY PLATFORM OVERSIGHT.

8. MAINTAIN ACTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTEMS, FAIR HOUSING LAWS, AND STATE LEASING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.

9.HANDLE RENT PAYMENTS, LEGAL NOTICES, 5-DAY PROCESSES, AND ASSIST WITH PAYABLES WHEN NECESSARY.

10. DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENT A MONTHLY MARKETING PLAN, INCLUDING PREFERREED EMPLOYER AND CORPORATE OUTREACH PROGRAMS, TO ENHANCE COMMUNITY SUCCESS.
