Mariposa Community Health Center is seeking a candidate with a strong background in clinical nutrition and a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients.
2. Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
6. Stay current with the latest nutrition research and guidelines.
7. Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship program.
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Licensure as required by the state of Arizona.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
