Job Summary

Responsible for Talent Acquisition operational functions used to create, drive, and employ talent for the organization. This position provides day-to-day operational support and guidance to the TA team, HRSS, Hiring Managers, and other business partners to increase the department's efficiency and productivity. The TA Operations Supervisor will manage Human Resource front desk operations along with supervising and partnering with staff associated with programs/processes such as but not limited to Bonuses, Contingent Workers, PSLF, Immigration, Employee Referral, Diversity Recruitment, and Recruitment Engagement. In this role, the TA Supervisor will take ownership of projects and programs and drive end-to-end results with a strong sense of efficiency, accuracy, follow-through, and confidentiality. Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Must have exceptional problem-solving, negotiating, organizational, execution, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for details and the ability to create and maintain effective and efficient processes while working with all levels of staff across the organization. The TA Operations Supervisor will partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to train, optimize, enhance, and improve programs, systems, tools, workflows, and processes.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years in Talent Acquisition 
Substitutable Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 4 years job related work experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years job related work experience
Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
Required Training: HR Operations, Organizational Development, Workforce Development  or HR Project & Process management experience. Solid knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing, selection and hiring. Proficiency using PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and adept at using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
 

Essential Functions
  • Supervise front-desk operations and front desk HR Coordinator
  • Manage the non-employed worker (CWR) process and exceptions end to end 
  • Manage all bonus processes, payments, and strategy (sign-on and relocation)
  • Manage the collection process of bonuses
  • Manage the Employee Referral program
  • Establishes partnerships and negotiate services with vendors and manage those relationships to ensure vendor performance meets our expectations
  • Manage the execution of contract and management of vendor relationships
  • Use strong analytical skills to drive adherence to service-level agreements
  • Resolve complex and escalated issues that arise as a first line of escalation for operations
  • Liaison to evaluate any background check questions or results.
  • Provide training on systems to Recruiters, HR Coordinators and others
  • Document process and procedures process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruiting metrics; produce reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
     
  • Provides best practices and process improvements throughout the recruitment cycle. 
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess trends, create reports and tell the story with data. 
  • Responsible for billing and reporting, may include analysis and communication of results. 
  • Update Talent Acquisition leadership on progress, gaps, and potential failure factors that are encountered in day to day interactions
  • Understand business goals and recommend new solutions, polices, or procedures to help drive continuous improvement
  • Drive projects or initiatives including project plans, identifying resources, managing project schedules, and communicating to client group                                                                      
  • Develop and maintain relationships and network within community groups, vendors, and various talent partnerships
  • Complete employment audits to ensure proper documentation for reporting purposes
  • Training of HR staff on new systems or process changes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
