Job Summary

The role of Operations Finance is to improve the financial position of EOIS TX Operations by continued analysis of labor charging, direct and indirect, as well as identifying trends and forecasting, while recommending actions to management. Some tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyzing the financial status of the business by collecting, monitoring, and studying data
  • Analyze and communicate monthly metrics and financial results compared with budget/forecast to identify areas for efficiencies, cost reduction, and other opportunities
  • Supporting Monthly Staff Meetings by presenting monthly cost data to the team
  • Provides and presents management with any ad-hoc analysis summaries
  • Assisting in and generating new tools or upgrading of tools to be used for forecasting analysis
  • Educating and training the Program Finance community on TX Operations forecasting as well as providing general analysis support
  • Providing monthly analysis regarding TX Operations Overhead rates
Job Responsibilities Part II Qualifications
  • Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate degree in Operations, Business Administration, Finance, Program Management 
  • Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
