Position Overview

Our highly experienced clinicians deliver the most up-to-date, comprehensive care in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine. LVHN functions as a major referral center for communities within a 50-mile radius providing advanced therapies such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and other forms of cardiopulmonary support, advanced bronchoscopy procedures (linear and curvilinear EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, laser therapy, etc.) and other therapies.

Join our team of highly-collaborative, innovative pulmonologists, and critical care clinicians.

This position is located in beautful Allentown, PA

  • Hours depend on shift:
    • Office-8am -5pm

    • ICU 8am -5pm , 7am-730pm

    • AICU 7pm -7am

  • 1:4 Weekend Call
    • two night shifts per months
  • Outpatient office will be at satellite campus (schuylkill) and Cedar Crest hospital

  • ICU locations will be at Cedar Crest, Hecktown Oaks, and Muhlenburg

  • You can expect to see 16-20 patients per day in the office - ICU patient load is variable with seasons
  • We have both resident and nonresident ICU service lines

Qualifications
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • A valid PA Medical License, or ability to obtain one, is required
  • Permitted to work within the US
