Submission Requirements 2-step TB AHA-BLS Physical 2 updated supervisor references Home Health Skills Checklist One year of acute nursing care is required, hospital-based preferred. Experience in home health Required Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS Infusion Therapy Certification Preferred Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing. Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice. Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance. Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred. History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments. BSN strongly preferred Current Driver's License (and insurance) Required
