- Job involves Thurs and Fri 7p-7a shifts, totaling 24 hours per week.
- Minimum 2 years experience; will accept 1st time traveler.
- Performs cat scan procedures using prescribed techniques.
- Review of requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
- Adjustment of equipment and selection of appropriate technical factors.
- Utilization of standard positioning techniques.
- Selection of appropriate protocol for each CT scan procedure.
- Complete examination in a timely manner.
- Experience with certain scanner equipment: GE, Siemens.
- Required experience in various types of CT scans and reconstructions.
- Preferred experience in various specialized procedures.
- Job Requirements
- Required Certifications: BLS, AART, AART advanced cert.
- Must have MD state license.
- Schedule Information
- Shifts are on Thursdays and Fridays from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Unit Specific Information
- Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT.
- Experience with abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction.
- Additional Details
- Accounting Documents such as W4, I9, etc., are required.
- State Specific W4 required if applicable.
- Direct Deposit Authorization is required.
- Emergency Contact Form and EOE Forms are required.
- Various facility specific forms and policies must be reviewed.
