Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans and community growth initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with local restaurants and Community Ambassador's (CAs) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute regional events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers (GMs, Regionals, CAs, Community Leaders, and others).
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to CAs to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams (creative, strategy, digital) and local restaurant operators to align on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Represent field marketing in national marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
  • Leverage data, analysis, and consumer market level understanding to inform business strategy.
  • Implement best practices in field marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expand and refine the local restaurant marketing toolkit, focusing on initiatives that build sales by building relationships.
  • Play a key role on the marketing leadership team to grow sales in existing markets and new restaurant openings.
  • Share best practices through roundtables, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in a related role. Previous restaurant experience is required.
  • Cross-functional marketing background in areas such as local marketing, brand, retail, trade, and experiential marketing.
  • Previous experience managing people in direct reporting and indirect reporting relationships.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed, around 50% to 70% on average.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
