REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yrs in any inpatient acute care setting OR 1 yr in ortho. Skills: IV Start, Ratios: EXPECT 5-6:1 RATIO, can flex up to 7:1 but only in extreme cases. SHIFT: 12 HOUR NIGHTS
