**Job Title: Part-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA)**
**Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our healthcare team at [Your Facility Name]. The QMA will be responsible for safely administering medications to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their 2 PM - 10 PM shift. - Ensure that medications are stored properly and maintain a clean and organized medication cart or area.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Engage with residents to provide companionship and emotional support.
- Participate in staff training and continuing education as required to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Current certification as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in accordance with state regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting.
- Strong understanding of medication management and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Must pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed, including those with limited mobility.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Able to perform tasks involving minimal physical activity as well as tasks requiring lifting and physical effort.
