**Job Summary:**
The Director of Celebrations will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing a diverse array of celebratory events that engage our audiences and reflect our company values. The Director will oversee all aspects of celebration planning, from concept development to execution, ensuring that each event is unique, impactful, and flawlessly executed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all celebrations in alignment with company goals and branding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key events and celebrations that enhance employee engagement, customer loyalty, and community involvement.

2. **Event Design and Execution:**
- Conceptualize, design, and implement a variety of celebration styles, including corporate events, employee recognition programs, seasonal festivities, and community outreach.
- Oversee the logistical planning and execution of all events, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.

3. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and inspire a team of event coordinators, volunteers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality celebrations.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional development.

4. **Budget Management:**
- Develop and manage the annual budget for celebrations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize ROI.

5. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Marketing, and Community Relations) to customize celebrations that meet diverse stakeholder needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and other organizations to enhance the impact of celebrations.

6. **Evaluation and Improvement:**
- Gather feedback and analyze event performance metrics to assess the success of celebrations and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our celebration offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to bring ideas to life.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.
