Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supervising a customer service department that responds to inquiries from KelseyCare EPO and KelseyCare Advantage members and providers with revenue in excess of $18 million to the organization. The supervisor is responsible for enforcing work procedures to ensure productivity standards are met. Performing quality control and maintaining in a state of currency the department training manual and policies. The duties include generating, reviewing and reporting department statistics regarding telephone performance, overall complaint patterns and quality control activities for Member Service Representatives. The Supervisor also assists in provider and patient complaints as well as KelseyCare Concierge activities and reporting. The Supervisor is responsible for KelseyCare Medicare Advantage activities such as coordination and documentation of the health risk assessment. The position is responsible for ID Card generation and Member Satisfaction surveys for both the KelseyCare EPO and KelseyCare Advantage health plans.

Salary Range: $59,108 - $73,025 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor?s Degree
Experience
Required: 3-5 years managed care experience in a call center/member services environment
Extensive knowledge of plan benefits and various managed care products
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding
Preferred: Prior K-S managed care experience
Previous experience designing and managing call tracking system
Previous experience with Symposium phone system or other phone tracking system
Spanish Speaker
License(s)
Required: Valid Texas Driver?s License and ability to travel throughout metropolitan Houston
