Location: National Turnpike 
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role involves ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods, managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining high standards of inventory control, and ensuring a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipping of products.
• Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse employees.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety training for warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and procurement.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and performance.
