Description

The warehouse team members are engaged to uphold the integrity of the KLIM brand. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can retain knowledge and is detail oriented. The candidate will pick, pack, and ship orders, as well as receive and put away new product as it arrives. This role is based on business needs, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect arrivals against packing lists for quantity verification.
• Monitor and inspect inventory levels for accuracy.
• Initiate proper placement of shipment.
• Manage bin locations.
• Fill orders by using a digital scanner and hand pick method.

• Work with shipping program to ship appropriate orders to customers.
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
• Work with internal customers to complete special projects assigned.

Qualifications

• Be able to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, long pants and steel-toe shoes. 
• Required to use a safety knife, which will be provided by the company.
• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without accommodations.
