Pay Rate: $25
Shift schedule: Monday -Friday (Must be flexible with schedule changes)
hours may vary between

7:00 am - 6:00 pm
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Occasional evening and weekend overtime may be required as job duties demand (6:00AM - 6:00PM O.T hours)

Project Duration: 1 year

Material Coordinator Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Receives all incoming materials either through Auris ERP system SAP or completes daily receipt log
  • Labels all production material. Scans and files all documentation daily
  • Resolves any PO discrepancies or receiving problem log issues Pulls and kits any parts necessary for production builds and FGI packaging units
  • Completes production order issuing and closing of orders to stock. Monitors inventory levels and usage of material to support replenishment of stock and control of inventory Picks and packs all revenue shipments via ERP system
  • Perform all warehousing activities within a GMP production environment
  • Utilization of material handling equipment forklift, pallet jack, carts, dollies, etc to move material

The Material Coordinator is a great job for you if you have experience in:
  • Minimum of three years material control and shipping/receiving experience ERP experience required.
  • Proficient in inventory tracking and order fulfillment systems
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise sound independent judgment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel, SAP are required to maintain accurate records and files
  • Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate and simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity into manageable tasks with measurable requirements
  • Strong understanding of shipping and receiving, inventory management and dispensing of materials in a GMP regulated environment

Preferred:
ERP experience (SAP, QAD, Camstar)  Medical Device, Shipping & Receiving
