Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
1st Shift: 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $22-$24 Hourly
Location: Bridgewater, MA

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, maintain accurate records, and report discrepancies to management.
  • Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring products meet quality standards and are stored correctly.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and process shipping documents, including labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately follow procedures and complete tasks on time.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and proactively resolve them to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing. Experience with warehouse management/ ERP systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
