Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour
Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: 5:50 am - 6:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 5:50 pm - 6:00 am
  Rotation: 2/2/3 – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other weekend!
  Overtime: Available (both mandatory and voluntary)

What's a Typical Day as a Utility Operator?

As a Utility Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating.
• Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
• Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in operations.
• Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records).
• Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety.
• Troubleshooting problems and completing tasks that require multiple steps, with minimal supervision.
• Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications.

This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Have basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
