Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour
Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift: 5:50 am - 6:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 5:50 pm - 6:00 am
Rotation: 2/2/3 – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other weekend!
Overtime: Available (both mandatory and voluntary)

As a Utility Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating.
- Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
- Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in operations.
- Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records).
- Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety.
- Troubleshooting problems and completing tasks that require multiple steps, with minimal supervision.
- Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience.
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Have basic computer, math, and communication skills.
- Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
