At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we are committed to helping you find your next job opportunity, and it may be just around the corner! We are currently seeking an experienced Distribution Center Associate to fill an Unloader role at BIC in Charlotte, NC.


This position requires a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.


Summary:

  • The Unloader is responsible for unloading of cases of finished goods from containers and stacking on pallets.


Pay & Shift Information:

  • $16.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Must be able to work overtime before or after your shift and on Saturdays (shift starts at 4:00am when working overtime)



Responsibilities:

  • Continuously unloading cases onto empty pallets within the truck containers until the truck container is full
  • Palletizing according to the pattern outlined on the case instructions
  • Adhering to all workplace safety guidelines
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work area


Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
  • A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, high attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in tight or limited spaces and in various climates
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds on your feet for 8+ hours a day
