A typical day as a Trust Analyst includes:

• Performing various functions within Trust Operations, using trust systems and other computer applications
• Clearing General Ledger entries
• Monitoring and identifying out-of-balance issues across Trust DDA and General Ledger accounts
• Acting as a liaison to clear cash reject tickets
• Contributing to projects as needed
• Partnering with vendors to resolve discrepancies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have exceptional communication and client focus skills
• Are detail-oriented and thrive in a team setting
• Can effectively manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Possess strong technical and functional skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), with some college preferred
• Bring 1 year of experience in a bank or financial services environment
• Have 1 year of customer service experience
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Have experience balancing numbers or analyzing data
