At Kelly®, we are passionate about helping you find the job that's just right. We are seeking Contract Tour Guides to work part-time at John Deere in Waterloo.
Tour guides work 12-20 hours/week and will be scheduled between 7:30am-4:30pm on weekdays. Remote work is NOT available.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitor-related inquiries and issues
• Conduct guided tours for visitors, including customers, stakeholders, and the public
• Analyze current tour processes and visitor feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Interact positively with a wide range of individuals
• Walking and standing for extended periods
Qualifications:
• Experience as a tour guide, in a public speaking role or a similar
• Previous experience working with John Deere or agricultural technologies
• Passion for providing educational and memorable experiences to visitors
• Multilingual skills are a plus
