Salario: $11.00ph + diferencial de turno

¿Cómo es un día típico como Técnico de Mantenimiento de Instalaciones? Estarás:
• Responsable de inspeccionar, reparar y mantener todos los aspectos de los edificios y servicios de la instalación.
• Utilizando tus conocimientos en electricidad, HVAC, plomería y carpintería para completar tareas de manera segura y oportuna.
• Realizando tareas de limpieza general para garantizar un entorno de trabajo limpio y cómodo.
• Gestionando el inventario de suministros de mantenimiento y siguiendo todos los protocolos de documentación.
• Inspeccionando edificios y estructuras para identificar fallas y reparaciones necesarias.
• Realizando trabajos menores de electricidad, plomería, pintura, carpintería y albañilería según sea necesario.
Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes un diploma de escuela superior o equivalente completado.
• Tienes 2 años o máas de experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales.
• Tienes un entendimiento y aplicación intermedio de electricidad, HVAC, plomería y carpintería.
• Tienes un conocimiento básico de sistemas informáticos, incluyendo aplicaciones de Microsoft.
• Tienes la capacidad de trabajar turnos de 5:00pm a 1:30am de domingos a jueves con opción a overtime un día adicional. Completar 40-48 horas semanales
