Technical Support Specialist
Detroit Lakes
$20-$21/hr.

*On-site role

Kelly® is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work at a premier client in Detroit Lakes, MN. This role will be responsible for assisting customers via phone or email with their technical questions. You will also be involved in processing client orders and bill or materials for company products.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Payrate: $20.00 - $21.00

What's a typical day as a Technical Support Specialist? You'll be:
• Assisting customers via phone or email with their technical questions.
• Processing orders for electrical control panels and creating Bill of Materials and electrical schematics.
• Maintaining customer contact and case records using incident tracking software.
• Serving as a service contact for our standard products.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have exceptional communication skills and a technical mindset.
• Are knowledgeable about product offerings and have a keen eye for detail.
• Are comfortable utilizing computers and software to perform job tasks.
• Have familiarity with AutoCad Electrical or building control panels.
• Have a high school diploma and familiarity with SJE products.
