$20 - $22/hour

Kelly Services in partnership with a well-established company with nearly a century of experience in the niche food equipment sector. Due to their continued growth, they have a Technical Support Representative position available. This role will assist internal and external customers with product problems and process associated parts orders both via phone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers by diagnosing product issues and processing parts orders.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, which might include time spent in assembly and the repair department.
• Occasionally support customer training sessions, participate in dealer conferences, and assist engineering with product testing.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of a manufacturing Bill of Material.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic food equipment with electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of a manufacturing Bill of Materials.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external customers effectively.
• Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
