Technical Sales Representative
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a full-time, direct-hire position at a premier client in Santa Monica, CA. Overview
This client is an industry-leading company known for innovation in the medical imaging equipment sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling a range of imaging equipment to imaging centers and hospitals. You will play a crucial role in expanding their market presence, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service. This role will give you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while helping improve patient care at imaging centers and hospitals.
 
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$65,000 - $95,000 per year plus commission
Office Location:
Santa Monica, CA (must be local or open to relocation; no relocation assistance provided)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; Standard PST business hours
Travel Requirement:
Up to 50% travel

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's imaging equipment and technology. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our imaging equipment.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Report findings to management to help inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven equipment sales experience within industries such as hospitals, medical, x-ray, and imaging.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
