Technical Sales Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies for our state-of-the-art mechanical and electronic locks. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen to expand our market presence and deliver tailored solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products while having exceptional sales skills to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand market share.
- Travel extensively to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Confidently introduce company solutions, showcasing their value with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Understand customer requirements to help Camlock Systems deliver customized technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Analyze and report sales performance, metrics, and results to management with precision and regularity.
- Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities, providing timely and constructive intelligence reports.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company, network with potential clients, and showcase our products.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical sales, preferably within the mechanical and electronic lock industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic products.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
