Description

Now hiring a Technical/Administrative Assistant for our nonprofit client based in Little Rock, AR!

Pay: $25/hr
Location: Remote
Hours: 20 hrs/week (2-3 days), flexible hours within normal working hours
Position Type: Temp (4-6 months)

Job Summary: Provide technical and administrative support for the Integrated Program Management Systems (IPMS) team. You will focus on data entry, software maintenance, and project management tasks that contribute to the overall functioning of the IPMS.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry: enter historical indicator values for ongoing projects into IPMS, ensuring data is accurate and up to date for the current reporting period
  • Software maintenance: validate system configurations across the IPMS Live, Test, and Training environments, ensuring synchronization between them
  • Media editing: edit and add subtitles to IPMS training videos, enhancing their usability for global teams
  • Administrative support: assist with other project management and administrative tasks as needed, supporting the IPMS team in their day-to-day operations
  • Regularly interacting with team members via phone, video conferencing, and email


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills (ability to perform data entry, navigate software, and perform routine software maintenance tasks)
  • Administrative skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and meet goals with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • A get-it-done attitude
  • Fast, reliable internet and the ability to work effectively from home
