Shifts and Pay Details: 
2nd shift: 1:45pm-10:15pm, $21.50/hour
Equipment used: MHE. Dock Stocker, EPJ, Double Deep RT, OP


What's a typical day as a Team Lead You'll be:
• Manages order picking, checking, packing and shipping to meet daily productivity goals
• Expedites workflow
• Schedules work for each work area
• Traces history of shipped orders to determine reasons for service failures; recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. Works with the employee to correct errors.
• Implement, enforce and report on quality control procedures
• Responsible for enforcing quality control; such as clean product, clean aisles, low error rate and satisfactory productivity performance
• Reviews and monitors security procedures, implements and performs security checks and observes employees actions for security regulation compliance
• Issues written and oral directions
• Monitor employee work performance for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
• Responsible for cleanliness in aisles and on shelves in the picking areas as well as each shipping station
• Maintains harmony among works and resolves grievances
• Responsible for nightly closing of the facility and compliance with all safety procedures
• Reviews errors and complaints and compiles individual statistics to review with supervisor to determine appropriate action

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• One year certificate from college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
