The Talent Advisor is front line support for talent, ensuring excellence in delivery for our Education Clients. This role will manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, development, and performance. The Talent Advisor is responsible for employee relations, continuing education, training, and payroll/compliance requirements.
Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:
- Ensuring high level of talent engagement through execution of programs that drive retention.
- Payroll and/or Compliance – actively resolve issues to ensure Talent are paid weekly and remain active in appropriate absence management system.
- Ability to flex within the Talent Care & Fulfillment Team to ensure strong service delivery on behalf of Kelly Education.
Essential Skills:
- Understanding HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion.
- Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, Customer Service and/or related area of expertise.
*Must be able to work onsite at the Olive Branch or Memphis office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
