Pay Rate: Starts at $55 per hour (Will go up depending on experience)

What's a typical day as a Talent Acquisition III? You'll be:
- Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using SuccessFactors (ATS) and ensure accurate requisition management.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by leading candidate review meetings and ensuring timely feedback and collaboration.
- Provide market insights, industry trends, and competitor intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with federal/state laws and internal policies.
- Represent TA as the primary point of contact for the Durham site; maintain strong relationships across all departments.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, satisfaction scores) and report results to leadership.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Company, supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Support headcount forecasting and workforce planning with data-driven insights.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, internet recruitment techniques, and proactive candidate engagement strategies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources experience.
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or pharma manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong experience managing requisitions within SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Proficiency in recruitment data analytics, workforce planning, and forecasting.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to constructively challenge assumptions.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Experience in commercial recruiting and functional assessments is a plus.
