What's a typical day as Talent Acquisition Specialist? You'll be:
• Managing recruitment for specific teams/functions, ensuring a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Attracting top talent through proactive sourcing strategies and managing open job requisitions.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve recruiting metrics and reporting key accomplishments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources.
• Have 5+ years of recruitment experience in a high-volume, competitive environment, with the ability to manage a minimum of 40 open job postings monthly.
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of management.
