Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting at $20.00/hr with opportunities to earn more by clocking in 40-55 hours per week!

What's a typical day as a Structural Welder? You'll be:
  • Lifting, positioning, and removing workpieces with precision and expertise.
  • Measuring and marking materials using a tape measure to ensure accuracy.
  • Loading, stacking, and transporting materials efficiently, whether by hand or crane.
  • Operating yard equipment and overhead cranes to facilitate fabrication processes.
  • Clamping and chaining workpieces for smooth transitions during welding.
  • Cleaning and grinding metal to prepare for welding, painting, or shipping.
  • Maintaining a spotless work area, ensuring tools and equipment are organized.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are a certified welder in carbon steel (MIG & SMAW), with additional certification in stainless steel and aluminum (TIG) being a plus.
  • Have 2-3 years of solid experience in structural welding and fabrication.
  • Are able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Can read and understand blueprints effortlessly.
  • Are motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player with strong analytical skills.
  • Thrive as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
