What's a typical day as Sr. Estimator Role / Manager? You'll be:
• Calculating major EPC construction cost estimates and overseeing the planning and development of project execution strategies.
• Researching construction documents, analyzing specifications, and preparing comprehensive estimates to meet project goals.
• Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions, ensuring timely submission of relevant documents and budgets.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in EPC construction, with 5-10 years in a management role overseeing multiple estimators.
• Possess strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to assess project and resource requirements effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, along with advanced computer proficiency.
