What's a typical day as a Sr Compensation Analyst? You'll be:
• Administering compensation programs for the region, including merit, bonus, equity, offers, and promotions.
• Providing guidance and counsel to Managers on salary proposals, salary structure, job evaluations, and promotion requests.
• Conducting job studies, job analysis, and level setting to maintain position classification and grade equity.
• Collaborating with the Total Rewards Strategy group to develop and maintain strategic compensation programs.
• Participating in salary surveys and analyzing market data.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or applicable field (or equivalent experience).
• Have 6-8 years of compensation experience.
• Possess strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excel in customer service and building trusted partnerships.
• Have advanced knowledge in Excel and the capability to learn new applications.
• Have previous experience conducting job evaluations and job leveling.
• CCP Certification is desired, but not required.
• Are able to work independently, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Can develop analytics from multiple data sources, interpret and analyze trends, and develop meaningful recommendations.
• Are proficient in MS Office software, with advanced Excel skills.
• Are proficient in HR System software.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are detail-oriented with demonstrated project management capabilities.
