Description

We are seeking a qualified Sr. Associate Project Management for Juncos, PR with a salary of $28.67ph professional to provide technical support for department and organization-level projects under general supervision. This role is essential for coordinating activities, ensuring effective communication, and supporting project success across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the department on organization-wide teams, contributing insights and updates.
  • Keep the supervisor informed of project status, developments, and any issues that arise.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments, outside agencies, and collaborators by providing reports, data analysis, and ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Undertake special projects as requested by the supervisor.
  • Verify analytical data and information sent to external and regulatory agencies, and revise or audit documents as needed.
  • Develop system data file strategies, detailed plans, and execute schedules to support startup activities.
  • Coordinate activities with construction management vendors and internal customers.
  • Manage document lifecycle activities within Electronic Document Management systems.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting and maintain archives in a state of inspection readiness.
  • Execute and manage the sharing of controlled documents with External Business Partners.
  • Design, execute, and maintain reports, including Cognos-based and financial/resource data for Project Managers.
  • Act as a knowledge expert for developing and managing shared data systems and ensure EDM quality.
  • Oversee SharePoint portals and workflow design and management.
  • Provide oversight of MS Project templates and lead or participate in department project teams.
  • Perform other functions as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of directly related experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of directly related experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of directly related experience.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to facilitate and present effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and pharmaceutical processes.
  • Advanced word processing and technical writing skills.
  • Basic database skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
