Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Negotiable pay rate of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for shift differentials.

What's a typical day as an SMT Operator? You'll be:
• Setting up and operating Juki Surface Mount Pick/Place machines while monitoring the entire SMT process.
• Inspecting and testing finished SMT products for quality, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
• Loading proper parts into machines, filling solder paste, and adjusting SMT machines per job orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-2 years of experience in SMT assembly and are IPC-A-610 certified.
• Possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of electronics and electronic systems.
• Are knowledgeable in computers and computer/controller interfaces, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
