Kelly is seeking a Site Manager to join our client's team at a premier data center facility. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, including hardware deployment, workforce coordination, inventory management, and vendor management. You will ensure that all processes are in place to inspect, document, and coordinate the repair of various data center systems such as networks, piping, and electrical or mechanical components.
This position requires a balance of operational expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to improve efficiency while maintaining cost-effective operations.
Salary: Up to $90,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or vocational school; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Prior management experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal business units
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and networking systems in a data center environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience in workforce training and mentorship
• Ability to foster a positive and flexible work culture
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of facility and electrical safety
• Familiarity with networking principles or computer-related skillsets
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the configuration and deployment of hardware, including servers, ASICs, and networking equipment
• Monitor mining operations, track production metrics, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and output
• Coordinate employee schedules to maintain adequate coverage
• Enforce workplace policies and ensure compliance
• Provide training and professional development for staff
• Conduct performance reviews and provide employee feedback
• Maintain clear communication channels and act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met
• Address and report safety concerns promptly
• Monitor project progress and adherence to standards
• Mediate on-site conflicts and foster a positive work environment
• Prepare and submit reports as needed
