Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30 an hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Schedule: Monday-Friday 4am-2pm

What's a typical day as Shop Foreman? You'll be:
• Diagnosing issues in semi-trucks and tractor-trailers, ensuring they are safe and reliable for operation.
• Overseeing and performing preventative maintenance on trailers to prolong their lifespan and enhance performance.
• Testing equipment and systems for performance, and ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.
• Performing repairs to brakes and electrical systems, ensuring all work is documented accurately.
• Ordering and replacing parts as needed to maintain the fleet's operational efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED certificate (required).
• Completed a certificate program or technical training in mechanics and truck repair (preferred).
• Hold an air brake certification and possess knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and ABS brake systems.
• Have experience with various hand tools and a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with the TMT (TMW) platform is preferred, and a CDL is a plus.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus, as it can be beneficial for trailer repairs.
