Kelly Services is seeking a qualified 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to work with Bausch and Lomb in Ballwin, Missouri. 1 year of experience in shipping and logistics, with a working knowledge of inventory programs and Microsoft Office within a manufacturing setting required to apply.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour 
• Weekly Pay!

 

Shift:

• 1st shift - Monday thru Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm

Essential Functions:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling products correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Shipping and Receiving at a Production Plant Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience working in a production control environment, focused on shipping and receiving.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with general computer applications used for materials tracking and logistics operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
