Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: Up to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on service needs.
• Assess vehicle issues by gathering relevant details and utilizing diagnostic tools.
• Use an OBD scanner to connect to vehicle systems, retrieve fault codes, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Create and manage work orders in the system, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicate service updates to customers, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and timely repairs.

• Automotive service advisor experience with a strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics.
• Proficiency with OBD scanners and other electronic diagnostic tools.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role.
• Hands-on experience using OBD scanners and electronic diagnostic tools.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate service management systems.
