*Position is fully onsite, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Kelly is seeking a Temporary Senior Financial Analyst to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, at their Santa Clara location on a temporary basis for 6-12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organization that develops groundbreaking solutions for the world's most complex health challenges.
The Senior Financial Analyst will:
- Report to the Senior Finance Manager (Commercial Finance)
- Build and maintain revenue models for Americas region as well as consolidate the global forecast for management reporting
- Enhance reporting function by automating dashboards related to revenue, margin, operating expenses, headcount and capital
- Interact with global accounting and financial partners to maintain proper financial processes, procedures and controls
- Handle business case modeling to support Customer Care initiatives e.g. Contract Manufacturing expansion, Buy vs. Make analysis, and ROI
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience reporting revenue and business trends
- Advanced Excel and business modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence applications (Power BI)
- Highly analytical, strong attention to detail, and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and logical problem solver with a strong willingness to learn
