Business Analyst:

Pay Rate: Open for discussion

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Preferred, They are open for remote as well)

Work Schedule: PST focus

Length of Contract: 15months (Possibility of temp to hire)

Possible Contract to Hire Role? Yes

Summary: The Sr. Principal Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to product software and process development, including development of requirements, testing plans and process documents. Products include cloud-based software used to facilitate ambulatory cardiac monitoring and reporting.

Top 3-5 Must Have Non-negotiable Skills Required

  1. Ability to work with key stakeholders such as Product Management, the IDTF, Customer Experience, Finance and IT ensures that their needs are analyzed and clearly specified.
  2. Ability to translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  3. Ability to support the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance to the FDA and other global standards
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Extensive experience on projects for software engineering and IT with a customer facing product focus.

Is a bachelor's degree Required? Yes. BSCS preferred.

How many years of recent experience does this person need to have? 12+

Nice to Have Skills

  1. Healthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred
