Inventory/Sales Support Specialist – West Chester, PA

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Invetory/Sales Support Execution Specialist at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Transaction Execution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of transactions within the SAP system, ensuring that all processes align with organizational standards and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting various business functions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage daily SAP transactions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify transaction data for completeness and correctness prior to processing to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor transaction workflows and address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the execution process.
• Generate and analyze reports related to transaction execution to support management in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [5] years of experience working with SAP systems, with a focus on transaction execution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly the SD Module
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
