Description

We are hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support a successful locally- owned retailer. In this role, you will be responsible for selling home-use high value products with a consultative approach. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a high-achieving sales team.

 

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Product sales, in-person and virtual
• Lead database management and follow-up
• Customer support
• Open and close POS, cashiering
• End of Day paperwork and deposits
• Store cleaning and maintenance
• Supply inventory management
• Open and close showroom

Requirements:

• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Evosus experience (Or similar)
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. This position will require some travel (mileage reimbursed)
• Weekend hours and flexible availability to meet sales needs. Will expect to have Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday off weekly, required to work Saturday and Sunday. Daily schedule 10am-6pm.

 

Compensation:

• $41,600 annually plus 5% commission. Total compensation expected between $85,000- $150,000.
