What's a typical day as a Bids and Quotes Analyst? You'll be:
Completing competitive bids and quotes with precision and timeliness
Managing special pricing agreements based on GPO/IDN contracts
Communicating financial and contract insights across teams and leadership
Reviewing commercial terms to ensure compliance with internal policies
Processing customer paperwork and assisting with customized billing
Conducting audits on existing leases to validate usage and update billing accordingly

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
A high school diploma (required); associate degree preferred
Experience with bids, quotes, service contracts, or product licensing
Strong communication skills (phone/email) in a fast-paced environment
Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Analytical and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of math and statistics
Ability to learn and use proprietary pricing/inventory software
Familiarity with GPO/IDN pricing and revenue recognition policies (a plus)
