Location: Sunrise Mall

Duration: ASAP- March 23rd 

We need one person Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM and one person Saturday 10AM-7PM AND Sunday 11AM-7PM

$22.00/HR

 

About:

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a temporary Jewelry Sales Associate / This role is perfect for someone with a passion for jewelry, strong sales skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect jewelry pieces while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry items.
• Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and care of various jewelry pieces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Ensure the security of all jewelry items by following proper handling and display procedures.
• Organize jewelry displays as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting presentation.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
